Refund policy

At Beyond Sqft, we aim to provide careful advisory work. Because of the nature of real estate consultancy, fees for consultation, marketing, property management, or related services are non-refundable once the work has been rendered.

If a service package is booked in advance and cancelled before work starts, you may request a refund in writing within 7 days of payment. Beyond Sqft reviews each request and decides whether a refund applies.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 to 15 working days.
